Why do people stop doing hobbies? Why.


3- Click on the pictures – They will take you to some SPORT phrases, idioms, or vocabulary.

  • Check out the new phrases and lexis you can use.
  • Take notes on phrases or words you don’t know or don’t remember.
  • Choose your favourite phrases/idioms and think about when you can use them.

  • According to the pictures, discuss the following questions:

    • Does your hobby interfere with your study? Explain.

  • How long have you had your favourite hobby?
  • Is there a hobby that is popular with children and adults?

 

7- Watch the video and take notes.

  • Listen carefully and analyze the idioms, phrases, or phrasal verbs.
  • Listen and write some of them that you would use when speaking in a regular conversation.
  • Pause the video when you need to.
  • Share with the class.
