Speaking – Writing

 

1- Read the text in the bubble and talk.

2- Look and talk.

• When you travel, what places do you visit? (Museums, Parks, Amusement Parks, Malls, etc.)
• How would you plan a 1-month travel?
• Look at the pictures and think about the options you have.

   

       

 

3- Look, read and talk.

• What do you think the pictures are referring to?
• How can you design a good travel plan?

 

4- Watch the video and talk.

• Take notes on the tips – get ready to share.
• The teacher will make some questions about the video.

5- Look at the formal request.

• You saw pictures related to travel planning.
• Write a formal request for a travel agency asking for information about their destinations.
• Follow the request template – resuming your ideas.
• Share with the class and the teacher for some checking and feedback.

 

6- Look at the informal request template vocabulary and phrases.

• You will complete an informal request about your tour plan.
• A tour planner will plan the places you’ll visit and the activities.
• You can use the extra vocabulary or phrases to complete your request.
• Match the meanings with the phrases or vocabulary.
• Share with the class and the teacher for some checking and feedback.

 

7- Write your final request.

• Read your last 2 travel requests and write a final one, you have to ask for information for a tour, but you have to specify dates, days, places to visit, activities and all you will need to enjoy it, the tour planner will just reply to your request with the given information, he will not add extra activities.
