  • According to the pictures, discuss the following questions:
    • How important is good customer service to the success of a business?
    • Can you think of a time when you received excellent customer service, and you want to come back to that place?
    • Can you remember an occasion when you received bad customer service?
    • Why are sometimes shop assistants rude to customers? Is it good or bad?

6- Read and talk.

  • To sum up, how can you improve the quality of services in your country?
  • Who is responsible for poor customer service? Is it the employee or the manager?

 

7- Watch the video and take notes.

  • Listen carefully and analyze the idioms, phrases, or phrasal verbs.
  • Listen and write some of them that you would use when speaking in a regular conversation.
  • Pause the video when you need to.
  • Share with the class.
