These people want to learn a new sport.

Read and underline words that tell what sports they’d like to learn. Then read the descriptions of some sports centres and decide which would be the most suitable for each of them.

Sports World


A. Open Country – Any age is good to start horse-riding. One-on-one lesson at 9:00 am from Monday to Friday, group lessons at 8:30 on Saturdays.
Enjoy our 20-kilometre tracks and paths, which go along farmland and the Golden River.
You will need a riding hat!

B. ProCentre – Get to know the basics of sailing and take your first step into certifying your training – Theory and Practice!
Meet people your age and have fun while getting professional sailing training.

Fridays and Sundays

05:00 pm – 07:00 pm

C. Blue World – Get to see the ocean inside it. We have the best instructors for deep sea-diving. Advanced lessons in the mornings and beginners in the evenings.
Learn how to breathe and use equipment properly under water.
Just bring your swimming costume and a towel.

D. Fun Academy – Having fun in the heart of the city is possible now. Come and join today so you can get free access to our automated-practice machines.

Equipment can be hired here!

E. Extreme – Take our 15-hour course one week or two before your extreme sports holiday. Learn how to use a ski-lift or rafting equipment, learn to slow down and, most importantly, how to stop!
The centre is open from noon to 10:00 pm.
Gear for both activities can be hired here.

F. Water Club – We use a two-kilometre length of the river for speed-boat racing and water-skiing. An advanced course consists of ten 50-minute lessons. You will learn to handle boats safely at fast speed. Feel confident when racing. You must have high swimming skills. Central location and is open daily from 7 am to 3 pm.
Lessons start every hour.

G. Relaxing Club – Join our tennis club after a quick five-hour introduction session.
Open from dawn to dusk, you’ll have the chance to enjoy playing at beautiful and fresh green hills.
Own equipment required!

H. Flying Fun – Get a different view of the city with our two-seat flying course.
After a 60-hour course with our qualified instructors, you could be allowed to fly a small plane.
Teenagers: lessons on Fridays.
Elder people: lessons on Saturdays.
